i was told there was a meeting held in tagmon in which all the pubs of tagmon attended and it was diceded that if foleys bar put is a team this year that all the teams in tagmon will withdraw from the league.
and there reason:- foleys bar are two good....
whats wrong with these people? is it that people really have sour grapes? id hate to see the league split over us been so good.
like what have we done? won the league in 07 won the league in 08 won the league in 09 and in 09 we didnt loose a match throughout the league and we beat our b team in the final.
Woo Hoo is right Garry this smacks of when is was 1st moted to let THE County /Country players into the Town Dart League and then all the little small minded so called dart players came out of the Woodwork and said WE CANT HAVE THEM SHOWER COMING IN HERE AND TAKING OVER THE LEAGUE they are to good etc etc but now after the 1st shockwaves everything thing is great and now the Town Dart League is the Best and Biggest in the County. Human nature being what it is they are going to resist you guys coming into THEIR league so its up to you guys to get down there to that AGM abd put your case to them
well ya see it not even that all county players are on our team its that in newbawn there is lots of people praticing and we all got better we have had the same team for years.
oh im sure this willall sort itself out. there in only one or two people who are kicking up and im sure the entire league has more sence.
I heard from a good source that tagmon are having their own kind of league once a month why would they bother with shelmalier league when they just going to be bet like! Although i woz at the foley B team game against the castle bar and fair dues to foleys B team they threw out of thier skin but still shud hav been bet i would hav thought it might have been better for the league to see 2 different teams in it! Thats why there was only a handful of tagmon people at the final!

up till 3 years ago we were the ones gettin beat al the time but we didnt sulk and hang our heads we praticed and got better. they should do the same. and tagmon do run there own league down there durin the summer.
mabe all the people who went and praticed and got better should be banned from the league..... or mabe they could call round to everybodys houses and take there darts so everybody can only pratice the same ammout every day....
the fact is the people who are complaining are complaining just for the sake of it because they would rather complain for hours on end than pratice for a few hours to get better.... what wasters...
mabe ill take up table tennis and when i loose a few games i wont try improve my game ill just complain and try get all the good fella kicked out........ what is wrong with these people..
