Yeah i think it should be brought up because the talent is there and i think that the interest is there aswell! But sher isnt it worth it to try and find talent in our county than do nothing and never find out.

About two years ago the CWDO sent a total of 62 Letters out to various youth organisations within County Wexford where we offered to Run County Ranked tournements in Youth Halls / Parish Halls etc etc at which two delegates from the CWDO would be in attendance in the four main towns Ross Enniscorthy Gorey and Wexford out of those 62 we got NO reponse at all just one solitary phone call from just one parent saying his son would like to get involved but at that time we had to say no because of the response . But I would really like to give it another try any of you guys know of any youths who want to play Darts give me a ring 0876261991 or better STILL ask the youths themselves or their parents to do it and i will talk to them Wexford Youths have gone from haveing a really thriving youth system and haveing All Ireland winning teams to having NOBODY INTERESTED in playing ????? If the parents of these youths are comfortable with their young people coming to our ranking tournaments IN PUBS thats fine if not we can get and alternative venue for theM i am willing to give it a try

no i dont mean anything like that but there are parents who dont want to let there kids out to buts and all people will think darts and think pubs pubs pubs. but we must emphasize that we are a propperly rum organisation and we hold out events in hotels not pubs.
